Our Yak Sock Yarn Mini Skeins are 20g skeins of cosy perfection, ideal for creating gradient kits or combined with our 100g skeins of Yak Sock yarn to make shawl kits! A fine blend of 21 micron superwash merino, yak and recycled nylon. Yak wool has very fine fibres creating garments that are soft, warm, comfortable, yet lightweight.

The merino fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable, therefore the yarn will not ‘felt’ when dyed or washed.

The base of our Premium Yak Sock Yarn Mini Skeins is white, rather than the natural colour of yak and so, when dyed, will show the true richness and vibrancy of your chosen colours.
