Handpicked for their quality in a range of weights and fibres, we choose only those yarns we know will dye up well and make superb knitting wool. Our range is always growing and currently includes merino (superwash and non-superwash), Bluefaced Leicester, British and organic wools, alpaca, silk, cashmere, yak, organic cotton, bamboo and linen yarns and blends in chunky, aran, DK, 4 ply, sock and lace weights.

Producing yarn in an environmentally low impact, socially responsible way is our top priority. Most of our yarns are spun in South America under the highest environmental standards. The welfare of the animals and the communities that helped produce the yarn are of paramount importance.

All the merino that goes into our yarn comes from areas that do not practice mulesing.

Limited Editions and Custom Yarns

As well as our high quality regular yarns, we also offer exclusive limited edition and custom yarns.

Limited edition yarns are available as a one-time offer and, once the stock has been sold, the yarn will no longer be available. We can often offer limited editions for a lower price than you might expect.

For larger quantities (100kg and over), we can offer custom yarns to your specification. As always, our knowledge and expertise, along with our established relationships with mills, mean we can source top quality natural fibre yarns for you at very competitive prices.
