Baby Alpaca DK is a luxuriously soft alpaca in a standard DK weight. Incredibly soft and warm and the fibres are hypoallergenic, as they are lanolin-free. Alpaca is a hollow fibre which has excellent insulation properties meaning it can retain more heat, making it 3 times the warmth of sheep’s wool. It is smooth and silky to touch, to work with this yarn is heavenly.
