Description:

Our Premium Yak Sock yarn is a fine blend of 21 micron superwash merino, yak and recycled nylon. Yak wool has very fine fibres creating garments that are soft, warm, comfortable, yet lightweight.

The merino fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable, therefore the yarn will not ‘felt’ when dyed or washed.

This yarn base is white, rather than the natural colour of yak and so, when dyed, will show the true richness and vibrancy of your chosen colours.

Not just for socks, Premium Yak Sock yarn can also be used for garments, shawls and accessories.
