Care Instructions: Machine washable on a wool program ideally using a wool detergent at 30⁰C or below. Dry flat, do not sun dry or tumble dry. Avoid wringing and twisting.

Superwash Sock Hi Twist yarn has two strands lightly twisted together, which make it springy, coherent and strong. High twist yarns create garments that retain quality for longer and are resistant to abrasion and pilling so the yarn is ideal for socks.

A blend of 75% superwash Merino (21.5mic) and 25% Recycled Nylon, Superwash Sock Hi-Twist features all the beautiful qualities of our regular superwash sock yarn, with added durability from the high twist structure.

The merino fibres in Superwash Sock Hi Twist have been specially treated before being spun to enable the yarn to be machine washable and to not ‘felt’ when dyed or washed. The smaller percentage of recycled nylon adds durability to the knitted fabric, making it harder wearing. The 21.5 micron merino gives natural elasticity and is not itchy or scratchy on the skin.

With 425m (465 yds) per 100g there is that little bit extra per hank making the yarn go even further.
